1. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap opener into the gap between the control panel and the dashboard to widen the gap. Peel off the cover of the adhesive tape on Part 1. Press the angled edge of Part 1 into the gap above the gap opener.
2. Press to the right on Part 1, away from the steering wheel, so the angled edge hooks behind the control panel and the adhesive tape attaches on the dashboard.
