Qshops Quality mark is affiliated with Qshops Qualtity mark. When you are shopping with such an affiliated shop you know that:

  • You know with who you are doing business
  • There is an independent dispute resolution
  • The general conditions are clear
  • The webshop is following the Dutch legislation

  • You have a cooling-off period of 14 days

Ordering process

The process goes as follows:
On the product page you select the button “in shopping cart’.
As soon as you have selected the articles you want to order, you select “content shopping cart”, right at the top of the page. If you want you can change the quantities. Press the update button to refresh, if you changed the quantities.
Press the button ‘Continue ordering’.
If you are a new customer, you are asked to fill in your data. If you create a password you can login the next time.
The next step is to finish you order by selecting the method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. A second email with tracking data will be mailed as soon as you order has been sent out.
Our products have a warranty period of at least 1 year, depending on the type of product and the manufacturer's warranty. The right to guarantee lapses if the item contains errors or has damage resulting from wear, improper use or repairs carried out by third parties.

When there is a problem with an article, we ask you to report this according tot he return procedure.

Complaints and suggestions
When you are not 100% satisfied, we ask you to report this complaint to us. Than we can solve the complaint and you are helping us to keep up the quality.

Exchange and return

14 days cooling-off period
Products can be exchanged or returned with 14 days. During this period the consumer will be careful with the product and packaging. We will only accept returns when the product is the original state and complete with the packaging. Returned products will be knowledgeable inspected. The procedure for exchange and return will be described below.

Roadmap exchange and return

Please, include a copy of the invoice when you return something. If possible, mention also the reason why.

The shipping costs will be for your account. In case of a damaged article during transport or a wrongly delivered article we will compensate the shipping costs. Our return department only accepts sound packed shipments.
