1. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap openers into the gap between the frame surrounding the control panel and the panel surrounding the air vent, to widen the gap. Peel off the adhesive tape cover on Part 1. Press the angled edge on Part 1 into the gap between the gap openers. Press Part 1 rightward/forward and slide it downward in the gap until it stops.
2. Press forward/rightward on Part 1 so the angled edge hooks behind the frame surrounding the control panel and the adhesive tape attaches. Pull out the gap openers.
